Manaquinne is a 3-track EP from Tape Lab built entirely around the dialogue of Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. And yes, we stand by it: the dialogue is great, the delivery is even better, and anyone pretending otherwise is probably afraid of having fun.
Spaced-out, oddly sincere, and deeply baked in prequel-era atmosphere, Manaquinne turns every line into a warped little transmission from somewhere between Mos Espa, Mos Eisley, and whatever cantina lets the weird DJs play after midnight.
Three tracks of desert heat, cassette dust, podracer anxiety, and boy-wonder prophecy energy. Authentic, strange, and extremely Tape Lab.
