Techno Tape is Tape Lab’s surprise 2021 release of longform club hits, built around classic house momentum, 90s techno pressure, jungle flashes, and the loose, high-energy rave logic that runs through Tape Lab’s best work. It is dance music with a grin: extended grooves, strange turns, raw texture, and enough forward motion to keep the room moving even when the machine starts acting up.

The release leans into longform techno grooves without sanding off the weirdness.
